Palazzo Vanneschi is an old stone building dating from the seventeenth century (the ground floor is still the old mill of the seventeenth century with the grinding stone). The Palazzo with Villa Casanova and Villa Cini is a part of an old farm owned by a family already in the eleventh century in this area. Palazzo Vanneschi is an ideal base to reach the most important art cities of Tuscany as it is 35 km from Siena, 25 km from Arezzo and 55 km from Florence is, therefore, an excellent starting point for discovering the best routes in Tuscany. In the twentieth century, the building was embellished by a stone staircase. All the bedrooms are independent as in a hotel. Also, there is a new swimming pool (Length 18 meters, Width 9 meters, Depth 1,50 meters).

The Villa is rented on a weekly basis from saturday to saturday
Palace Vanneschi is suitable for a big group of people because of its wide spaces and abig kitchen (with 4 gas rings, oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave etc.) the kitchen is about 50 square meters where you can enjoy eating together. We organize cooking classes and dinner with typical Tuscan cuisine. The building has nine bedrooms including two very big one (50 sq.m) equipped with a four-poster bed and 2 single beds, making them suitable for extended families. It has 9 bathrooms, equipped terrace of 50 sq.m, private garden with tables and umbrellas. You can go for a walk inthe woods nearby. Vanneschi palace has no modern heating system.
You will find a big private swimming pool (9×18 m). The building is located in an area rich in water sources, particularly important and well-known fact that we have our small private lake near the villa where there is a possibility of taking water from this natural source for the use of the whole area. The building is located near the road and it is easily accessible by paved road, only the laststretch of about 100 m is clay.
