El Palazzo Vanneschi es un antiguo edificio construido en piedra durante el siglo diecisiete (en la planta baja aún se conserva un antiguo molino del siglo XII). El palacio junto con Villa Casanova y Villa Cini forman parte de una vieja y vasta hacienda agrícola. Palazzo Vanneschi es un punto ideal para alcanzar las ciudades del arte más importantes de la Toscana puesto que se encuentra a 35 km de Siena, a 25 km de Arezzo y a 55 km de Florencia. Es entonces un óptimo lugar desde el que partir para descubrir los mejores itinerarios en la Toscana. En el siglo XX, el edificio fue mejorado gracias a una imponente escalera de piedra a partir de la cual se distribuyen todas las habitaciones, haciéndolas a todas independientes como en un hotel

The Villa is rented on a weekly basis from saturday to saturday
Palace Vanneschi is suitable for a big group of people because of its wide spaces and abig kitchen (with 4 gas rings, oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave etc.) the kitchen is about 50 square meters where you can enjoy eating together. We organize cooking classes and dinner with typical Tuscan cuisine. The building has nine bedrooms including two very big one (50 sq.m) equipped with a four-poster bed and 2 single beds, making them suitable for extended families. It has 9 bathrooms, equipped terrace of 50 sq.m, private garden with tables and umbrellas. You can go for a walk inthe woods nearby. Vanneschi palace has no modern heating system.
You will find a big private swimming pool (9×18 m). The building is located in an area rich in water sources, particularly important and well-known fact that we have our small private lake near the villa where there is a possibility of taking water from this natural source for the use of the whole area. The building is located near the road and it is easily accessible by paved road, only the laststretch of about 100 m is clay.
